Many estate agents use enhancements to their photographs such as using “fish eye” lenses to make rooms look bigger or “fake colourings” to make properties look more attractive than they are. We don’t do this as it only leads to disappointment when buyers view, we like the “wow” factor to be when they visit your property.

How we sell your home

As soon as we receive instructions to sell a property we email out the details to our database of buyers and then, most importantly, we telephone them to encourage them to view.
