If you want to sell, purchase, rent or property in Sidcup I would unreservedly recommend that you contact Christopher Russell Property Services at The Oval Sidcup. Since 2012 they rented my house in the Hollies to a team working on the, Olympic Games advised me on my options downsizing, showing various properties with no pressure to buy, sold my larger house , and found my lodger temporary accommodation until the purchase of a smaller property again in the Hollies in 2014 . I am now in the process of selling that house and, though the firm has grown I have found the same personal commitment as they have provided back in 2012, so much so that I had a buyer within 48 hours of the house going onto the market. I am also really appreciating having a dedicated negotiator handling the sale; it makes contact between the seller and the buyer so much more comfortable, than working through Solicitors I no longer live in the UK and having found it difficult to find contractors to carry out he gas servicing, electrical checks, etc. required by law, though Christopher Russell are not the managing agents Julie Langley who heads up the rental team has been amazing in arranging their contractors to carry out these checks and get the property ready the owner Thank you Christopher Russell Property Services
